MedNexus Health, Inc. · An adaptive care network

The future of healthcare is built on more real data, safer and more effective treatments, and care delivered to more patients where they need it.

MedNexus brings advanced medical technology to the clinics and practices that want to expand access, speed healing, and keep their patients well. We take instruments that already work and do the part that usually goes missing: the placement, the financing, the training, the demand, and the discipline to repeat it.

Why MedNexus

Proven instruments. A repeatable path into care. People who have already built together.

A platform, not a product

6+

technologies moving through one commercialization engine

  • Volumetric imaging for people, companion animals and horses; a ten-minute cardiac assessment; pulsed metabolic therapy; regenerative energy therapy; point-of-use sanitation; and mobile clinics that carry them into communities.
  • Every technology travels the same road: qualify, place, launch, market, measure, repeat. Each one reaches market faster than the one before it.

Three pillars, one enterprise

3

operating pillars built to roll up into one company

  • MedNexus Health places technology and runs the clinic program. MedNexus Mobile brings it to athletic, rural and high-value markets. MedNexus Financial funds the placements so clinics can say yes.
  • Capital goes out to the operating pillars and returns as principal plus a specified rate, so the enterprise grows without selling the clinic a machine.

A team that has already built together

16+

years the founder and operating co-founder have worked side by side

  • The inventor, the operator and the commercial builder were working together before there was a raise. Finance and legal are run by shareholders with their own equity in the outcome.
  • Execution risk is what kills medical technology companies. Ours starts lower because the team has proven it works.

Measured growth

2027

first clinic placements, Minnesota first, then regional, then national

  • A pilot cohort proves workflow, partner fit and launch execution. Density follows across the Twin Cities and regional anchors, then Wisconsin, Illinois and Texas.
  • Scale follows evidence. Each market is measured before the next cohort advances.
70+corporate clinic chains in the founders' relationship footprint, more than 4,000 locations
7executives and advisors on the leadership team, with equity in the outcome
24issued patents with our founder as lead inventor
100+clinics our founder has run, managed or advised

What we place

Instruments that report what is truly there, intervene with the least that heals, and arrive before the moment to act has passed.

Imaging · first to market

Volumetric high-definition imaging

A three-in-one platform: true volumetric CT, real-time fluoroscopy and digital radiography in one system sized for a clinic room, placed under a lease the clinic can afford from its first month.

Imaging · veterinary and equine

The same imaging for animals

Companion-animal and equine versions of the platform open veterinary clinics, pet wellness centers and equine practices as a second market for the same operating model.

Diagnostics

Ten-minute cardiac assessment

An FDA-cleared, software-based cardiac test that runs in a primary care or urgent care setting. MedNexus earns a fee on every completed test.

Therapy

Pulsed metabolic therapy

Site-based treatment that restores metabolic signaling in patients with advanced metabolic disease. Delivered as a service, paid per treatment.

Therapy

Regenerative energy therapy

Pulsed near-infrared energy that brings inflammation down and prompts tissue repair through unbroken skin, for people, horses and companion animals. MedNexus shares in every treatment.

Access

Mobile clinics

Clinic vehicles and imaging trailers that take the platform to athletic programs, employers, rural communities and the markets that cannot yet justify a fixed site.
